Jayne Wilson

What’s your role? 

Design Brand Manager for Clarke & Clarke

Describe your job in three words? 

Diverse, Creative, Inspiring

What inspires you? 

Anything and everything from natural botanical forms, wildlife, and nature through to contemporary abstract shapes, paintings, and architectural forms. Its so rewarding as designer creating an inspired design,  experimenting with fabulous on trend colour combinations and applying the ‘look’ to interesting fabric qualities, which truly transforms and brings the design and collections to life. 

What are you working on at the moment? 

An exciting new fabric and wallpaper collaboration with a USA interior stylist, Breegan Jane. Working with her to capture and document her favourite places, culture and loves in life.

Nat Hartwell

What’s your role?

Senior Homewares Designer

Describe your job in three words?

Fun, Creative, Diverse

What inspires you? 

Anything and everything! from seeing shapes and textures in walls and flooring, to travelling to some amazing places and taking inspiration from different cultures and my surroundings. I take hundreds of pictures, some of which are quite random.. but they all spark imagination and often translate into new designs.

What are you working on at the moment?

Some very exciting new product categories for Clarke & Clarke, we can’t wait to share them soon!

Jess Fryer

What’s your role?

Senior Designer

Describe your job in three words?

Innovative, Vibrant, Motivating

What inspires you?

Growing up just a stone’s throw away from the rolling hills of the Lake District the energy of Nature has always influenced me. My time spent outdoors whether it be hiking, painting, or swimming, usually reinvigorates my creativity drawing from the elements I see in the details of its beauty and unique colour combinations.

What are you working on at the moment?

I have been working on an exciting collaboration for SS24 to enhance our global brand awareness. A few other trend-led projects are also on the go to widen the portfolio of fabric and wallpaper capturing the colours, creativity and culture of the environment surrounding us.  

Kelsey Dewey

What’s your role?

Homeware Designer

Describe your job in three words?

Creative, Inspiring, Dynamic. 

What inspires you?

The natural world, travel, fashion and homeware design are my main sources of inspiration. I’ve always been interested in traditional craft processes and have a love of archival designs and considering how they can reimagined. 

What are you working on at the moment?

I’m continuing to expand on our exciting collaboration with Wedgwood, alongside applying the signature eclectic Clarke & Clarke designs to new product categories.

Creative, Varied, Fun.

What inspires you?

Anything graphic, abstract and all things colourful! Shape and pattern surround us in the everyday, so I see inspiration everywhere. 

What are you working on at the moment?

I’m currently working on new wallpaper collections, exploring new techniques and textures.

What inspires you?

Being out in nature can be infinitely inspiring from the vibrant colours to the natural line work within different leaves of the beautiful British country side. Alongside the contrasting architectural shapes of the urban city living right on our door step. As you never know when inspiration will strike. 

What are you working on at the moment?

Expanding our Studio G prints range with a fun themed collection for spring/summer.
